The hotel staff where pleasent and helpful do to language barriers. Ideal for the businessman trip as only 2 miles from airport and 9 from Venice. Local bus service every half hour for 1.,10 Euro. Taxi varied up to 30.00 Euros for local trip. Rooms very pleasent without being OTT
The choose of breakfast was limited > fresh fruit would of been better than Tinned fruit salad. Internet serice/connection was poor and came at a price plus we we're limited to the Front desk area.

The friendly and informative staff were a highlight.
All the power outlets in the room were the 'thin' type. On top of that, I had difficulty with the payment method for the city tax, initially demanding cash and causing me unnecessary stress in an unfamiliar city.

We were offered a very GOOD breakfast with pastries, fruit salad, croissants. The good service and the attention to detail! Incredible central location very close to the airport, the hotel, and Venice, and a coffee shop across the road.

A cozy stay with local charm
The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good, filled with fresh pastries, breads, and delicious coffee. The bus stop nearby made it easy to reach Venice quickly, within just 12 minutes.
The room lacked a fridge and was smaller than expected. The shower had a bit of an awkward temperature issue, being either too cold or overly hot.

The guy who runs it is friendly and gave us some useful advice, especially on how to get to and around Venice whilst public transport were on strike. He saved the day (despite public drivers' attempt to disrupt and ruin it). The double and single rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

A good 3 star hotel in an excellent place to visit Venezia: with a 15' public bus ride (€1.10) you are in Piazzale Roma and you can start discovering the incredible Venezia. Very close to the airport too. Excellent buffet breakfast.
